Include perch fees & a completed Bird Entry Form in the box (or pay perch fees electronically here).
Perch fees are $130 per bird & every 6th bird is free.

TIPS FOR A GREAT START
1.  It's optimal to send 45 day old birds, but there is wiggle room.
2.  Birds should be eating and drinking well on their own.
3.  It's best to vaccinate birds for Roto/PMV at 28 days old, then wait at least 2 weeks before shipping. We will vaccinate the birds upon arrival.
4.  Please don't overcrowd shipping boxes. 
5.  Taping boxes together doesn't lower postage, but makes boxes hotter inside.
6.  Lay orange slices flat on bottom of box for some moisture.
7.  Feed, water & box birds the morning of shipping, not the night before.
8.  Horizon 12" high boxes are best & hold up to 3 birds:
Tall shape has best air circulation.
Basically same postage for 1, 2 or 3 birds.
Boxes more than 12" tall COST MUCH MORE to ship.
9. Pirate Ship offers less expensive postage.
